O'Gara Claims Intention To Build
Posted Wednesday, June 18, 2008According to the Herald, Noel O'Gara intends to build a house in Dartmouth Square in Ranelagh. He claims that a "loophole" exists in the law concerning planning permission, which means he doesn't have to get it. However, unless he intends to build it himself, I suspect he'll have a tough time finding builders.
